About Reflexology Treatment
A treatment generally lasts between 45 minutes to an hour.
Note that the initial consultation could last further 15min as a health history and lifestyle questionnaire needs to be discussed in order to adapt the treatment.

The Reflex Point offers foot and hand reflexology.
Foot reflexology is recommended as feet are usually protected with socks and shoes, so more sensitive and receptive to any stimulation applied to reflex points.
Please note, if there is a contagious infection on the feet, hand reflexology would be offered.
Foot Reflexology:
During a foot reflexology treatment, the patient lies barefoot on a couch.
Hand Reflexology:
Regarding the hand reflexology, the patient can choose between a sitting or lying position.
